  • Suzanne Ellery

I am very pleased with the level of service I received from Kevin and his crew. He was very responsive and patient explaining three different options on how to approach my root problem. In the end instead of having to excavate my whole backyard, he hand dug a small trench and extracted 7 foot long root ball out of my pipe and replaced with a new pipe. I would highly recommend this company!

  • Kathleen Stevens

Kevin and Dashaun were responsive, easy to schedule, really pleasant and had our blocked underground pipe cleared in no time. Highly recommend.

Kevin was so transparent with cost and identified and resolved the issue so quickly, a fraction of the time it took for our plumber to look around before referring us to Superior Sewer & Drain. Not only did he fix and explain the issue but he gave tips on how to avoid it in the future.

  • Paul F

Kevin and his crew did a great job on a very difficult septic line repair that nobody else would do. This line was very long and made many turns in and out from under our building. This work was done without disturbing the slab at all. Truly amazing and A+ work. Very easy to schedule a time for the job with them and they communicated very well through the planning phase and during the job.

Frequently Asked Questions

We proudly serve Groton CT and the surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether we come to your area, just give us a call and we’ll let you know!

Yes! We stand behind our work. Most repairs and installations come with a parts and labor warranty, so if there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right.

Absolutely. All of our plumbers are fully licensed, insured, and trained to ensure professional, safe, and high-quality service every time.

Pipe lining is a trenchless repair method where we insert a resin-saturated liner into your existing pipe, cure it in place, and create a new “pipe within a pipe.” It restores flow and seals cracks without the need for digging.

Yes! We’re available for emergency calls when you need us most. But with preventative maintenance, we can often stop emergencies before they happen.

Snaking punches a hole through a clog, but jetting uses high-pressure water to fully clean the inside of the pipe, removing grease, scale, and debris. Jetting provides a more thorough, long-term solution.
