  Chris and his coworker stretched the carpet in three bedrooms in our house. They were very skilled and efficient. We are extremely pleased with their work!

  Don’t underestimate the pleasure of clean carpets. We have ours done every year. Impressions is the best. I doubt anyone else sticks to their twelve step plan including fluffing the carpets. We miss Dominic but Dylan might have outdone him. Good job everyone.

  We are very pleased with the cleaning results. Chris did an outstanding job. He arrived at the appointed time and went about his work in a professional manner. There were some spots from a bloody nose and they are all gone! We would certainly call Impressions the next time we need the carpets cleaned. The carpet looks great!

  Courteous, Honest, Skilled, Fair and Friendly .My wife, myself and our carpets have added a few wrinkles over the last 24-ish years. It was refreshing, that the second, random online carpet stretching and cleaning service that we contacted helped us regain confidence in good business practices. When Chris showed up to give us an estimate, we realized that the first company was unfairly expensive and perhaps incompetent to properly improve our stretched and bumpy stair treads and other lumpy areas. Where as the first company was charging for every piece of furniture being moved, including chairs. Chris implied that the few light pieces requiring temporary movement, were part of his overall price. Well, this morning Chris and two assistants showed up in two large service trucks, reviewed the work plan, and got to work. About 90 minutes later Chris was cleaning up and said that he was reducing his final bill, as he was not happy with the improvements some of his efforts achieved. My wife and I are thrilled. The results were better than expected and the bill was lower than quoted. Do yourself a favor, don’t take the first person’s bid without talking to Chris’s mom, Ann (she makes the initial appointment). Be prepared for a wonderful experience.
