Kim, Wade & the team at Roam Vacation Rentals are amazing. All of their rental properties are beautifully designed and fully stocked with everything you could need ! They are always impeccably clean and staged for a 5 star guest experience. Kim, Wade & the team at Roam are wonderful to work with and what sets them apart from others is the attention to detail and extra mile they go to provide the best experience possible for their clients & guests. Highly recommend !

Kim is legitimately the best property manager there is! She takes attention to detail to an even better level. She is incredibly communicative and helpful in any situation. She ensures the property is well taken care of, as are the guests, always. We don't need to worry about our home thanks to Kim. She is doing an excellent job and is highly recommended.

Kim & team (Wade included) were amazing to work with. Dedicated to protecting your asset while creating the most revenue possible. Giving that extra effort isn't just part of her business model, it's part of her DNA, she genuinely cares about building relationships and it shows! Thanks for everything guys, we look forward to working with you again soon!

Simply the best vacation home property management company we could have asked for. Can't say enough about the level of service we've received and the relationship we've built. Kim at Roam is attentive, proactive, and highly communicative. Our home is well looked after, our guests love their stays, and the business side is soaring. Highly recommend Roam!
