So far I have had a great experience with the move in process. Move in day was this past Friday and everything looked good besides there was trash on the back patio but no biggie I won't be officially moved in for another week due to my work schedule but so far I have been very pleased. Leasing agent Su was excellent to work with!

(Original) They seem to change manage almost every 9 months. And they have improved, but im using the term improved very loosely.

L’ensemble du complexe doit être entièrement incendié et recommencer (Original) Yes, it’s true. i have been living here for 4 months and it has been a nightmare. I will be breaking my lease. The unit next to me is molded and I can smell it in my unit. This has been brought to the their attention multiple times. They have the huge cockroaches and maintenance is horrible. The office staff doesn’t communicate with you properly to resolve issues. My a/c has leaked in the living room twice. The second time it took them over a week to fix. My ceiling looks like it’s coming down from the leak and there are now water bubbles going down the side of the wall. The whole complex needs to be burned to the ground and start over
